1. How much does your hibachi service cost?
Our service is $50 per adult and $25 per child under 12, with a $500 minimum for all bookings. All fees are included except gratuity. A 20% gratuity is appreciated.
2. What is included in the price?
The price includes two protein choices per person, fried rice, vegetables, fresh salad, sauces, and a live hibachi cooking show by our chef.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience.
4. Do you set up tables, chairs, or utensils?
No — we bring the chef, grill, food, and entertainment. You provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils.
5. How long is the hibachi experience?
Reservations are approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, with about 1 hour of actual cooking time.
6. When will the chef arrive?
The chef will arrive at your scheduled reservation time and usually needs about 10 minutes to set up before cooking begins.
7. Can you accommodate dietary needs or allergies?
Yes — we can provide gluten-free options, and we offer tofu for vegetarian/vegan guests. Please notify us of any allergies when booking.

Cancelation Policy & Weather Policy

48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled parties or guest will be charged a fee of $200.00. If it rains, customer is required to provide some type of covering for the chef to cook under so they can stay dry. We can cook under tents, and patios. Customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of your party.

Travel Fee Policy

Travel fees are determined based on event location and distance. Our standard base travel fee begins at $50, with adjustments made for extended travel outside primary service areas. Kindly provide your zip code when booking so we can prepare an accurate quote tailored to your location.
